KB has certainly worked under a variety of kinds of governments. The biggest impediment to embracing the information age is that he always chooses to do more analysis and try his methods on
more areas and with new flavors rather than spend time chatting with the press or dealing with skeptics.

As far as these recent quakes, they could be linked to future activity in his prediction area, but only time will tell. His prediction is statiistical, however, so he would not tend to interpret just a couple of quakes to portend anything in particular.
