Hi Zishinmimi. If I could view your site in the Japanese language instead of Microsoft Japanese I could translate it. I lived in Japan for a little more then 10 years in and around the Tokyo area. I was in Niigata when the city was struck by an M>7.5 earthquake in June of 1964. The 1940 M>7.5 earthquake off the Coast of Shakotan Peninsula (Syakotan Hanto) and the 1964 Niigata M>7.5 earthquake were earthquakes that occurred on reverse faults with compression in an east-west direction. This is the same type of earthquake expected in the Tokai area. Where in Japan do you live? I see your site is about warnings so I take it that this would mean earthquake warnings.
