Hi Don,

What you have suggested is hundred percent correct. Hence, I am repeatedly
request for the need of more observatories to enable to locate the quake's
epi-centre correctly. What I am doing is in my spare time to process the
quakes between my busy day-today schedule and even then I am taking maximum
effort to find out the right location. Anyway waiting for the time from Govt.
/ Institutions who will come forward to help this method.

Finding out California quake is also possible in this method provided one of
the similar sun shadow observatory is to be opened atleast any one of the
location from Eastern part of China to Eastern part of US and Northen part of
South America were sun shadow to be recorded during day time.
