Don, it seems like I have said both of these things about a thousand times. But they still don’t appear to be sinking in.

First, and most important, THIS IS A PUBLIC WEB SITE. And you have to be careful regarding what you say. I have many, many times more information than I am willing to discuss here. But, coming with our Freedom of Speech there is a requirement for a certain amount of discretion regarding what you say in public.

An earlier version of this Web site was a private e-mail circulation service. It was not open to the public. You had to be approved to join. And we could and did speak freely about a variety of subjects including making detailed earthquake predictions. After that service evolved into a public Web site it was a while before I started posting notes again as I had to make some important decisions regarding what could be said in a public forum such as this one and how it should be said. I do circulate much more detailed information to governments around the world than what I discuss in notes posted here. And I ask them not to make the information public.

Second, this technology is highly complex. And it involves an investment of considerable amounts of time. It is explained in detail at my Web site. And I don’t have time explain here again and again how it works. If you want to understand it then read the reports at my Web site. And you can even download my Perl program and run some of these analyses yourself on your own computer using Ear Tone data.

If you want proof that the technology works then look at this Web page:

http://www.freewebz.com/eq-forecasting/303.html

There are numerous examples there. If you want more proof then download my Perl program and get it running. Then start using it to evaluate past signal data in the 312.zip file at my Web site. You can see how some of those past signals pointed to different earthquakes.
