I am not sure how to comment on the information provided. I have been looking at some of the sites mentioned and reading about the information to get an idea of what the numbers represent. I have also been watching California/Nevada quakes to look for patterns. In the past when there has been media coverage of some planetary lineup or a prediction has been widely publicized, the perception is that there is a magic moment when the quake is to occur. Experience has shown us that there may be a long lead-in time or that the occurrance may come days, weeks or months after the appointed time. Or it may not happen at all. Berkland has predicted a 3.5-6.5M quake in the southern Cal desert, between June 1 and 8, 2004. It will be interesting to see if the information given may have some bearing or relationship to the prediction. There is also another prediction by Keilis-Borak for a 6.5 or larger quake, generally in the southern Cal desert between Jan. 5 and Sept. 5, 2004.
I have heard of a correlation between sunspot activity and arson fires. I have also heard and had some experiences with quake activity and arson fires. Weather the two are connected is another question. Perhaps Pandora's Box is full of more questions than answers. As I told my students, The Earth is Always Changing, and man wants to know how and why.
Einstein said,"Imagination is more important than knowledge." Maybe our imagination is on to an answer here??
