I know what you are saying and whole heartedly agree - you need to look for further confirmation - I've had other dreams - 6's at mammoth, etc that haven't happened either.

I'm not sure why I had this particular one - but it was obviously the sierra madre fault... and quakes at the north and south ends - a female sesmologist once said something like if there is a quake at either end of the fault, then its ripe to go -

I know we've been having some quakes at the southern end - I believe the Fontana quakes of late were on the south end of the fault - I don't know if there have been any on the northern end.

You are right in the fact i don't have the time to delve into any research on this - I figured i'd just keep an eye out for quakes on that fault.. Not that any quake catalogs mention a particular fault line and this one is curved... Hmmm - I'm taking an Intro to GIS class this semester - maybe that would be a good project ?
