Re: Have My Doubts |
Ok you doubting Thomas', let us have a little faith here. First of all people are very intuitive and if they are meant to be saved, then by golly they will be. I should remind everyone of photos they see in the news where an entire block will be destroyed, except one house and it remains untouched. See miracles are everywhere, you just have to look a little deeper or wider sometimes. I decided a long time ago earthquake preparedness didn't necessarily arrive in the form of a kit, but a state of mind. It's called awareness. Our recent TV program which showed how dire our straits are, touched a lot of people, thousands I'm sure. Today they might not build a kit, but in their mind they are aware. It has its own impact. Observationally, I would swear a goodly section of the west coast from Mexico to Mendocino is on the move. I don't recall a time in recent memory where so many coastal earthquakes arrived in such a short period. Its rather curious. As for the Bushman, not meaning to be disrepectful, but he toasts my cookies. I have only one bone to pick with him as I like to reduce my irritations to only one good cause and that is his position on forcing people who live together and are on welfare to get married. Marriage is supposed to be a Holy thing and yet for financial concerns, he believes it should become a State issue. I disagree and I've told him so. Thus if he reads it here, its only a repeat performance, yet said in a much milder tone. And closing on a sad note I have to say I'm not going to Parkfield this Memorial Day weekend. I have to move and I cannot move and do Parkfield in the same month. Darn...darn...darn! So think of me packing, cleaning and doing 30 hours of continuting education over my four days off. Uggg.
