A fairly strong earthquake warning type signal was detected at 2004/05/12 19:55:00 UTC. I ran the time through my new forecasting program but did not see any high probability U.S. locations and so did not say anything about it.

Efforts are focused on circulating reports about that program. And I have not had time to try to determine where that earthquake might occur or if it might have already occurred.

A standalone program which generates latitude and longitude data for Subsolar and Sublunar locations along with sun to Earth and moon to Earth distances looks like it is now working fairly well. When time permits it is scheduled to be merged with my new Earthquake And Tornado Data Evaluation Program and probably also stored at a Web site so that people around the world can obtain copies of it for free.
