Nobody on any of these forums is coming close to making a scientifically accurate earthquake forecast. That involves a ton of info. It gets very fault specific. I am working on that, but I have a lot of work to do. I have included depths and fault plane strikes as a matter of practice, and I have seen no body else do that. It is a 4D problem. The only way to come close is to work and understand a very small area. Still, the "big one" will strike without any precursors/warning. Or maybe I am seeing those now. Don't know.
