the one Don linked is mostly reverse with some strike-slip. I'm sure there is a simpler diagram or explanation on the web or in a book...or just skip the nasty looking part of what Don linked earlier and I think there may be part that is not so bad.....
speaking of nasty, I brough in 10,000 of the earthquakes into my 3D software, of Santa Monica Bay. There are hundreds of quakes underneath the offshore structure that we are studying....but it is not at all easy to make any sense of this. I'm going to have to start slicing through the volume to make thin strips in cross section.....there was just a 3.2 in that area....
