In practical, I think that may be the final conclusion of Governments that the quake
occurrence is due to nature's cause and rather than facing problem due to its forecast
among the public it may be GOOD to get help from the International society after the
disaster occurred. I don't want to narrate what is 'GOOD'.. it is understood.

Though I have given all the three parameters of period, magnitude and location to
my possible limit with my only one observatory, still experts want pinpoint accuracy
telling that for the purpose of people evacuation etc. Though I have served the banana
in a plate they still want to my help to put it into their mouth. It is not surprise,
if some one may ask me the exact death toll and injured, if the quake occurs at a
particular predicted place to tackle the situation very sincerely, in advance!

At this point, I would like to add; things are changing everyday and may be I am out
of field within a short period, due to shifting of my home to a different place where
I have to full fill my family present needs but without sunlight!

As Don narrated elsewhere in the board, may be after 100 years, some method will
come into light. So, we will meet you at Mars and continue our research... so please wait
patiently.
