Program is now fully operational

This earthquake and tornado data evaluation program is now fully operational. The last significant download file has been stored at my Web site:

http://www.freewebz.com/eq-forecasting/312.html

(about 1 million bytes)

That file contains more than 23,000 text data records for earthquakes and earthquake type warning signals and what are believed might be tornado type warning signals going back to around the start of 1990. Ones with the code "sub" are the times when people living in other parts of the world heard Ear Tones and sent me their data. "wrn" refers to my own earthquake warning signals. "tor" is for the tornado warning signals.

The program is rapidly evolving as new features are added to it. For example, the version that I am presently working on will compare warning signals with earthquakes and then sort the results by any combination of earthquake probability, latitude, longitude, sun - Earth - moon angle, and date.

This is in my opinion a tremendously powerful and versatile earthquake forecasting and earthquake research tool. I am hoping to begin sending out formal notices about it to governments and scientific groups around the world tomorrow, Monday the 19th or perhaps Tuesday.
