CRITICAL EQ WINDOWS-Heads Up!

Anyone know much about wild ducks? They go south in the winter and north in the summer, right? Do they come then to S. Calif. for the winter? Or do they continue south? I ask, because, this morning as I waited a few minutes in my car before my VA appointment, I saw more ducks than I have ever seen in life. I was facing north and they came right at me so that I could see their flying formation from the front, then under and then from behind. These ducks were flying like the devil himself was after them. Their formations were unorganized, not the normal nice V you often see. If there had been just a few birds, I would have thought something had frightened them from a near by pond. What pond? But, there must have been close to 250-300 birds in all. They came in waves, groups and a number of singles trying to catch up.
Because the ducks crossed over my head, I could see they were beating their wings as fast as they could.

This is the second day I have seen strange bird behavior or behavior I have never observed before. My cats, while acting pretty much okay, are in their vomiting mode, which I just hate. Yuck! At the same time, I have gotten a few symptoms in different locations, but nothing yet very intense. Making me think, if these are RB, they could be far away and large or here and moderate.
