Re: Question For Roger |
Roger, You said, "It's called being focussed Petra. Sometimes those big thoughts just dilute things to nothingness. Read "A Beautiful Mind" sometime." Big thoughts only become nothing when people lose their vision. Its like asking everyone if they think a thing is a good idea. If they get a lot of negative feedback, in time the person gives up before they've ever begun. So you have to go with what you feel, find out what it is that you want to do and create a situation where it can come to pass. The best ideas in the world are killed by people who keep saying, it can't be done. As for the parapsychologist who gave up, she's probably only one of a few. I think most people who are interested in the subject hold the interest for a very long time. I've had mine for decades and I never seem to lose my curiosity. Perhaps though, as she was a professional the magic got lost along the way or maybe she just didn't have enough contacts to keep it going. It is a business, just like other businesses. You need customers and you have to be able to sell the concept. Maybe she wasn't a salesperson? Thanks for your thoughts...Petra
