Dear Roger,

I'll try not to descend into your snotty tone.

> Phew! For awhile there I thought you were claiming all of that was true of you.

It is. I would not be speaking of others' direct experiences, only my own, and my uncle's, as the paranormal tends to run in families.

>I would answer NO to most of those questions. Not all for I have read most of Freud and Jung and prefer Jung.

A feather in your cap.

>Which isn't to say I buy his ideas

A feather removed. Not even SOME of his ideas?

> Do you understand not just that war is futile, but that all war is futile, and why?

> This is wrong.

>No it isn't. If we hadn't won WWII you would be speaking German and burning Jews if there were any left.

You are dead wrong. I would never burn anyone. I find this particularly insensitive. My German adopted brother, a war orphan, lost his entire family in that war and was gang raped by about ten Russian invaders and left for dead in the snow of one of the coldest winters on record in Königsberg, now Staliningrad, altering his life forever. As for your comment about Jews, I am married to one. Mozel Tov. Hitler was no threat to the U.S. across the deep blue sea. We MADE him a threat because we like war. Re-read your history.

> I could go on and on, but will spare the scientists (both geological and spiritual) among you.

How thoughtful of you. Excuse me while I wipe my nose.

Oh sure, you bet.

>Don't be such a twit. It demeans you. As a scientist and human being on this board, you have descended in my eyes and perhaps the eyes of others not as "enlightened" as you with your psychology degree.

>> Please don't ask me how I know. My hands are tied.

>How convenient for you.

Snotty again. Do you really think an institution investigating the paranormal would let their subjects advertise their abilities. Use you head, Roger.

>>BTW, didn't Stanford think Uri Geller was on the up and up?

For a very short period of time until they figured out his trick.

LOL!

At no one's expense but your own. You've made a complete ass of yourself with your lack of knowledge. BTW, Stanford still has their research unit running. I go up there once every three weeks.
