The new earthquake and tornado forecasting and research Perl computer program I have been developing is now fully operational. And I feel that the data which it is generating are stunning! It will probably take me a few more days of effort to get its earthquake database organized. After that I am planning to store downloadable copies of the program at some Web site.

A strong earthquake warning signal was detected at: 2004/03/19 07:06:00 UTC. And I am wondering if it might have been linked with an approaching aftershock for the following earthquake:

Has anyone been observing any suspicious looking seismic activity etc. in that area?
