Which is more important, fatalities or property damage?

I checked the NEIC for such listings.

For 2003 we have the following fatalities:

4 > 100 deatks
7 > 10 deaths
10 >= 5 deaths
28 >= 1 death

Total deaths 46019

So you can pick your odds by how significant a death
is to you.
