The earthquake forecasting research effort which I am making does not consist simply of posting notes to this bulletin board. And in fact I am so busy with other parts of this project that I am presently only occasionally posting any notes.

A little over a week ago I had a several hour meeting with someone who is I believe one of our most important international earthquake forecasting officials. And we discussed the latest technology, exchanged data, and compared notes regarding strategies for developing national and international earthquake forecasting programs.

There is quite a bit taking place which is not being discussed here. I simply don’t have time to report on everything which is happening.
