Thanks for the link. It's one of the few good ones out there. I saw a post elsewhere on the net which mentioned this quake fell on the 103° line from the Indonesia quakes, which is kind of interesting.

The shallowness of this earthquake for me is an ever present reminder of what happens on the Hayward Fault. Though the depth would be a little greater, even moderate quakes cause damages along that corridor. If and when the day ever arrives when a 6.5 hits that area, the damage is going to be considerable.

As an aside I have to do same date checking, but our Geysers 4.4 earthquake may be a result of pumping more waste water into them. They were supposed to start pumping waste water from Santa Rosa up there last week, so we'll see. A friend pointed out to me that since they started pumping Lake County waste water into the Geysers last year that it has increased seismicity dramatically. Something worthy of watching.
