EMSC has published the following result:

2004/02/15 23:23:22.7 37.1N 78.0E 100 mb4.9 M GSRC SOUTHERN XINJIANG, CHINA
2004/02/15 23:23:11.2 37.3N 78.9E mb5.0 M MAD SOUTHERN XINJIANG, CHINA

as against my prediction ie. SOUTHERN XINJIANG, CHINA (37.6N 79.4E) - A close
encounter except the magnitude as said 7M.

I think that the earlier occurance of Pakistan (Hindkush) quake - killed 24 people
sofar (which was also predicted and published in my site on 12th Feb.04 itself) which
may forced to reduce the magnitude of this quake eventhough the precursor clearly
indicated that this Southern Xinjiang quake may be around 7M.

Apart from above, recent Hokkaido, Taiwan, Tonga Island predictions published in my
site were also shows very close encounters of this week.
