An earthquake warning type signal which I detected at 2004/02/12 03:14:00 UTC may have been the strongest one I have detected in years. I already have two possible locations for the expected earthquake and have just started my analyses. I have not yet checked Shan's suggested locations. I agree with his possible time frame.

If any other people have been detecting especially strong signals during the past week or know of someone who has been then I suggest that they post a note about this to either or both of the EarthWaves boards.
