Predictability Establishes Credibility

Chris

The current 6M quakes on the NEIC illustrate the unpredictability of using the solar electron graphs to predict earthquakes, so I think I will let the paid experts continue this project.

I do think I have made a point, however, that USGS needs to establish a figure for predictability of earthquakes using known methods. Then failures of prediction will not look so ridiculous, and credibility will become a choice each citizen can deal with.

Your comments have been appreciated, even if this format is a pain.
