Hi Don,

Living within a few miles of all these swarms has definitely made life more interesting. I turned to my wife last nite and said "don't tell me you didn't feel that one". She said she heard the creaking.
You bring up an interesting point, we have swarms, with no (to date) larger earthquakes, and larger earthquakes with no swarms.
Are there any other areas that are similar to the San Ramon Valley swarms? We have these periodic swarms that are seemingly unrelated, but pop up in different places. The only other place I can think of is the swarms around Arvin in So CA. However, I don't know if they occur in one spot, or scattered around much like the SRV swarms.

When these swarms occur, Petra should come down here, since she likes feeling earthquakes. I'm about 2 miles from the Calavaras, so crossing fingers. when I purchased the house, everything was prepped for seismic, but one never knows.

with all the swarms perhaps I should sign off with:

David in never creepy, always shaky town.
;)
