Don, isn't a sure thing that you will have a M2.3+ in a couple day period across a 120 km diameter in this part of California? This includes a big chunk of the San Jacinto fault, which is usually pretty well lit up. It's these predictions that include such a low magnitude end that make it difficult for me to get an impression as to whether you can predict quakes or not. It would have to be a 3+ and close to your center for me to find this one interesting.
