Livermore/Dublin - small swarm

Hi all,

I've noticed a swarm developing near Livermore in the hills to the north of Livermore/Dublin border. They're very deep, about 18 miles which is atypical for the Bay Area.
I can't read the link, so does anyone have any ideas or thoughts about this swarm? What type of fault would this be based on the link?
Previous swarms have been closer to Danville, San Ramon, this is much further southeast.
