At the bottom of my forecast page I have given the following note which represent
what you called as 'Radius'

" GENERALLY THE LOCATION MENTIONED ABOVE ARE ALWAYS HAVE A RANGE OF + /- 3 DEGREE LAT. &
LONGITUDE AND THE MAGNITUDE MENTIONED IS ALWAYS HAVE + /- 1M. "

What I have given is a 6 degree square area (-3, 0, +3 square degree) and it may
converted into miles or Kilometers.

May be it is too big for prediction range but with one observatory set up that also
having lack of infrastructural facility, the result is encouraging.
But at the same
time accuracy can be obtained by systemic approach and interlinking more observatories.

Today S/W Iran was experienced by 2 quakes as reported by local TV but not listed in
concerned web sites so far. Let us watch.
