I was just thinking over the weekend how my back has reacted to earthquakes. Before the Hector quake, a friend was visiting who is very athletic, dragging me everywhere, and I thought I was going to die from the back pain. Then Hector struck. This has occurred for the past 2 years (since surgery) but, unlike you, I cannot begin to isolate it, and may never completely figure it out. It is amazing the effort that you have made to understand your symptoms and to figure out their meaning. Congrats on your efforts, especially when you do so through pain and discomfort. I know that when my back is out of control, it is difficult to do anything. Occasionally, like the past 3 days it is only one spot, but other times, such as before Hector, it is as if the whole thing is broken! Your effort is amazing! Thanks for those efforts. Beth
