In my law practice, I've have three or four cases covered by the press. Not to sound crass, but with most of the press crew you would think that facts are stupid things. I would hand out the relevant pleadings to the press corps and I know of only one reporter that would read the stuff. A considerable amount of the information reported was factually incorrect.

It's tough not to be discouraged.
