Chris- My husband and I are selling our condo in that area- escrow is due to close Tuesday- and while they might have concluded for the developers that there are no faults under the area, talking to the locals and observing what's happened while I was living there tell another story.

Maybe my old complex will one day end up with Playa Vista chunks on the roof, maybe it won't. They have the methane problems there nonetheless.
