Well, we made it around the world with humans behaving themselves in mass. Glory be to God!

This cold went full blown and kept me low all day as I watched one location after another bring in the New Year in good cheer and without mishap. The fireworks were the best I have ever seen...even if I had to see them through the TV screen. Perhaps my head was too clogged, but I did get the distinct feeling that whatever else might have been planned, it was called off. I saw the potential as laser beams and smoke filled the air at almost each site. But the UFOs didn't appear. Y2K didn't bring down our technology. Jesus didn't appear. God left us to our many celebrations and good cheer. The gloom and doomers were wrong. Still, it feels as if we have gotten another chance to do things right and make this world a better place for all to live.

Let us vow to try.

But let us keep in mind that even so, I had eleven, clearly their own, spikes hit me yesterday for TR, RB, RS, C, LS and TL. TL and LS hit me with strong spikes. God's reminders that we are not done with EQs?
