Hope all is well with you. It's been some time since we've talked.

I like the thought. To the chagrin of some, it departs from the rigid/hyper-technical tone this board has taken over the last two years. While I can appreciate the efforts at scientific quantification of the study of quakes, it's refreshing to inject a metaphysical thought into it now and then.

For the record and to the detriment of my credibility . . . I think there's something to be said for the idea of "destiny."
