Earthquake probability program

Hi Canie,

It appears that Roger’s new probability program is already a hit. It has now been used for one potentially important scientific application which might be discussed here in the near future.

The present version appears to be both running smoothly and debugged. And the following is a suggestion for making it available through the EarthWaves site. Roger can see if he thinks that this might be a good way to proceed with this.

In its present form it is a single file which has to be downloaded and then installed. But there are additional files which can be used with it to make it more versatile such as ReadMe.txt files in other languages.

Instead of simply storing a copy of it in his download directory it might be even better to create a subdirectory there just for that file and additional support files which can be added with time such as ReadMe files. And it might also be a good idea to eventually create a Read-Me-Now.html file and store it there to provide people looking at that directory with information regarding steps to take to download and install the program etc. I could prepare the html file.
