Your note is interesting, and I note your concurrence with my prediction.

I am using the Moment Sensor Solution, specifically the designated P portion, to gain a direction, and my prediction comes from watching "elbow" quakes northeast of Fiji with aftershocks from Vanuatu to New Britain.

One thing about the Komandorski elbow is its sharpness of angle.

So we watch. (The first quakes on the USGS board after the index quake above were west of Puerto Rico in the Mona Passage, near the Puerto Rico Trench.)
