E-storm, big quake coming?

Here's notice that your reference has yielded a focus on electron storms predicting earthquakes, and that focus at
http://www.sel.noaa.gov/today.html
shows protons below their base line and all electron activity is ABOVE it. That electron storm is the predictor, if I read your note under Intense Storm, and at the end Wrong Storm? right.

So where and when is the quake going to be?
Mount Santa Maria in Guatemala just erupted, and Mount Tungurahua erupted over 8 km, but something was expected because of the number of 5M quakes.

Shall we call solar electron storms "e-storms"?

This lull in big quakes should be noted, but I don't have data on recent electron storms for comparison.
