Someone check me here, since I multiplied 1000 by 0.25 and came up with 25 (should be 2.5). your 10/17=59%. And, the sun and moon can not be more than 180 deg apart in longitude. 75 deg/180=42%, not 20%. Anyway, 59% of quakes within 42% of range of Sun-moon angular distance may be significant or may be chance-statistics of small numbers.
