November 17, 2003 An official “All Clear” update for my November 10 earthquake warning was circulated to governments and disaster mitigation groups during the past 24 hours. It stated that I presently believe that this expected earthquake has not yet occurred. Instead it is now in the 50% group of earthquakes which occur more than a week after the initial warning signal is detected. Recently detected signals indicate to me that the fault zone in question is still generating electromagnetic energy field spikes which I can detect. But they do not appear to me to be indicating that the earthquake will occur right away, only that its fault zone is unstable. The next highest probability date for it using the system that I use would be towards the end of the first week in December, 2003. It could occur sooner or much later. My initial time windows extend for only about a week when a warning signal is detected. After that the earthquake could occur the next week or the next month etc. I cannot presently determine which might be the case unless more warning signals are detected. I myself still feel that a particular western Pacific Ocean area is the most likely location. This is expected to be one which will occur near a populated area, not one of the innumerable harmless earthquakes which occur every year. For example, I checked my records and could not find any strong signals which appeared to be pointing to that powerful November 17 Aleutian Islands earthquake. However there was a clear signal which appeared to be pointing to the following destructive earthquake which just occurred in China and which has not appeared on any of the earthquakes lists that I have seen. I wonder why there is no listing for it. I think that I have the date etc. correct. 2003/11/14 18:49:00 27.20N 103.60E 5.1 Yunan, China (Original data source not known)
