Might want to keep an eye on the activity near the Santa Monica Mountains. In addition to the 3.6 near the west end of the Northridge rupture (?), there was a 2.0 south of Pt. Dume, and there just was a 3.0 near Pt. Dume. I have been working on the faults in this area with KB in paradise and others. Note that there was a swarm of 3s and 4s in NE Santa Monica bay a week before Northridge. What we have so far does not compare yet, though. Geomagnetic storm still severe. I've been looking for the aurora but have not seen it yet....even though I am at Geomagnetic latitude 51. Chris
