Quake headed for Southern Cal ?

I found this quake listed on IDC:
sel1 1999/12/26 01:36:12.4 27.64N 112.40W 11 mb 4.3 BAJA CALIFORNIA, MEXICO

No depth - it is preliminary also - BUT - When there's a quake down there - we get one up here - so anything from a 3.5 to a 5+ may be on its way.

Timeframe - usually up to 72 hours, but Hector took 8 days...
