I am slowly responding to Posted by EQF on October 24, 2003. The short answer is that I am not aware of Dr. Lowell Whiteside. I am not used to nice questions, I have had to sit down and evaluate and describe how I do what I do, and we have a category 5 hurricane developing off Texas that my predictions with planetary ecology are more pressing.

GBRWE* 10/26 - 11/1/03's Extreme Planetary Warnings for Earthquakes, Volcanoes, and Solar/Terrestrial Flares from Human Activities **

It is going to be a violent week. Another round of severe CMEs (coronal mass ejections) will occur and compete with energy harmonics and inputs into last and this weeks’ earthquake predictions. Calculations strongly indicate a continuation of massive quakes slowly shifting from one hemisphere to another and back. There still is an extreme amount of energy available to activate overdue earthquakes and volcanoes. The huge reduction in predicted quakes while the Earth appears to be a unrelieved pressure cooker of tectonic energy not seen in harmonic convergences on the surface of a faulted sphere should translate into a super volcano or several monster volcanoes. Once the quakes start, CMEs should keep the clusters going as much as they have temporarily suppressed activity. While my predictions came true for receiving neither WAFB’s “Color the Weather T-Shirt” or a Nobel Prize, my solar flare predictions shook the cosmos and continue to develop the blessed massive dust storm on Mars. It appears the part of the calculations in Earth’s planetary ecology focused dark matter/energy into a new and mysterious spot on Jupiter (further discussion in regular GBRWE). Theoretically, this Supplemental with the most, recent weeks is found on home.bellsouth.net/p/PWP-GBRWE.

A. The specifics of the "Giulaino - Gansu Model" of extreme earthquake warnings with included statistics, analysis indicates for regions (magnitude in Richters) are:

1. China (6+) - Japan (6+) - Alaska (7+) - Seattle (6+) - San Francisco (6+) - Los Angeles (5+);

2. Italy (4+) - Egypt (3+); and

3. Philippines (6+) - Australia (4+); and

4. Galapagos (6+) - Mexico (5+) - Texas (3+) - Cuba (4+) - New Madrid (5+) - Quebec (4+).

The total of all magnitude () this week should be Y = 76. With a huge decrease from last week’s 1890.3, the amount of predicted intensities (energy to kill and destroy) relative to the estimated sum of earthquake intensities worldwide is X= 753 (Y=18.01 + 0.073X, 95% confidence interval for 0.073 of +/- 0.077, a coefficient of correlation of 0.39). (From 6/23 - 29/02 to 11/24 - 30/02, 23 periods are the most complete set of numbers to date for earthquakes. There were 176 predicted earthquake regions AND intensities of the "Giulaino - Gansu Model" and 49 of these were correct, 27.8% for the first week of a technically, two-week model.)

B. With included statistics, warnings for the Pickerell Model of qualitative volcanic activity:

Seattle - Yellowstone - Arkansas - Brainerd (Minnesota);
Panama - Argentina - Antarctica - New Zealand; and
Iceland - Azores - Italy - Democratic Republic of Congo - Reunion Island.

(From 6/23 - 29/02 to 11/24 - 30/02, 23 periods are the most complete set of numbers to date for volcanoes. There were 223 predicted volcano regions of the qualitative volcano model and 57 of these were correct, 25.6% for the first week of a technically, two-week model.

C. Our monster biological activity also requires warnings from liberated solar flare activity and other discharges from the Ozonator Star Model. 1. There should be more monster solar flare(s) (discharges) will hit planet Earth in the form of x-ray(s), radio blackout(s) and/or similar energies. 2. There should be more monster CMEs (coronal mass ejection(s)) with a G+ geomagnetic storm(s) to hit planet Earth. 3. The HooShooToo Model for predicting Electron 2MeV Integral Flux (relativistic electron fluxes - REF) is predicted to produce at least one alert with a single day maximum >8000 pfu. REF is modeled for energy and material trying to leave the Earth, >1000 pfu or an upper atmospheric warming (UAW) is considered an "alert", and appears to be directly related to FARMER rainfall, volcanoes, and spacecraft damage. (1 and 2 are the 52nd predictions of significant solar flares using planetary ecology.) (3 is the 43rd prediction for the REF.) For statistical purposes, only one alert and one monster will be counted as "correct" and "one" for an entire week of potential alerts.

D. Other Cautions and Explanations are required with predicted destructions, an attempt for redemption, and potential poor communication. Predicted quakes of 7+ for specific regions have so much power that if initial weak points in the region do not fail, outward from the theoretical epicenter in concentric rings, this energy wave will eventually find a point at which to fail. Destruction will be lessened with great depth, increased volcanic activity and/or related earthquakes in connecting and neighboring regions. Destruction will be increased with residual activation of those specific areas from the previous week's prediction, shockwaves of monster quakes on a sphere, blasting off of the space shuttle, a dictator's scorched earth policy, and/or a really good solar flare. Amazingly, in some sort of cosmic balancing act, freak and violent weather in the named target areas frequently occurs in place of predicted volcanoes and/or earthquakes. Experience has taught me the great savings of lives occur with even the most simple of warnings. If it works in Louisiana, it will work anywhere!
