I believe that the CGI program running at Canie’s Web site which runs this bulletin board can have a routine added to it which would allow it to post images here as well as text. But I think that it is probably written in Perl. And someone who is an expert with that language would have to modify it. I myself don’t know enough about Perl. And I don’t think that Canie is an expert with that language either.

My international contacts and I are discussing organizing a Web site which would enable people around the world to post earthquake data, research reports, graphs etc. like that. Expense is apparently no problem. What is lacking are able bodies such as Internet Web site development experts.
