Off coast of TOHOKU(North Honshu)EQ: Suppression with Low air pressure,cold air. (Sorry,I couldn't follow the speed of Japanese sites' EQ forecast,so this is already old news)I don't understand this effect very well myself,postponed or smaller.(?)
And the location could be North KANTO if TOHOKU EQ and KANTO EQ signs are observed as a mixture.(Some people have different opinions about this EQ forecast,location&size, so I'm confused.)
KYUSHU EQ is a different one from this one and forecasted before,but I don't have enough time to follow EQ forecast under M6 to report at the moment.(I'm moving to OSAKA next week.)
