Petra, John has the potential to do something interesting here, and I think you are out of line. No, it is not jealousy, and I don't think John cruising the archives would be as worth his time as getting Lowell's thesis. Lowell's posts that such and such an earthquakes was on a FFA ring will not be of much use to John. the statistics in his thesis would be. Roger's recent posts are interesting. (Roger-I would only looks at quakes 1 or 2 weeks after a large one, not a year). If no one gives a recent email address for Lowell, I'll email John directly an old one. I imagine that someone has a more recent address. But, maybe John can find him at Geoforecaster. Chris
