Hi EQF. The problem isn’t with the virus. It’s people who don’t have an antivirus program, or update their programs.

When you advised a years or so ago about receiving a virus from me I ran a check on my computer. Sure enough it was there. I check my virus program and auto up date was off. I didn’t turn it off, or at least I don’t think I did. Anyway I went up bought a new antivirus program and now get the updates as soon as they are released.

My partner in crime and I checked with our friend who always has a virus problem. Sure enough he hadn’t update his program for more then a year. He said the auto update slowed down his computer. We had him update his program and then run a virus check. He had 17 viruses in his computer. We help him get all but 2 of them out his computer. He is going to have to contact his antivirus company and get the tool to remove them. After we got rid of most of the viruses he said his computer was running faster then has for a long time. In a month or so he will forget what happened and then in a year or so we will have to help him clean his computer out again. We have been doing this for about 5 years now. You would think by now he would have learned. Some never do. Take Care…Don in creepy town
