Japan quake results

As informed, NEIC has published the following results which is very
close to my range of prediction, given in the previous message as:

Based on today's (ie.16th Sept. 03)earthmovement, quakes may occur in the
following places within 48 to 180 hours from 10 AM IST(+5.30 Hrs UTC)
on 16th Sept.03:

EASTERN XIZANG-INDIA BORDER (29.58N 95.61E)
and/or
HOKKAIDO, JAPAN REGION (43.1N 143.3E)

with +/- 3 degree tolerance in location.

Initial reading shows me that the magnitude may around 5 to 5+M only.

2003/09/17 10:27:50 42.36N 139.22E 217.2 4.3 HOKKAIDO, JAPAN REGION
2003/09/16 21:49:32 44.12N 148.03E 51.7 4.9 KURIL ISLANDS

But results from EMSC as follows:
2003/09/16 21:49:36.5 45.7N 146.7E mb 5.2 M MAD KURIL ISLANDS

Redpuma also published the above result as:
16Sep2003 21:49:37.0 46.5N 149.8E 10 mb=5.2 M*SED KURIL ISLANDS
16Sep2003 21:49:30.6 43.7N 147.9E 60 MS=4.5 M*GSR KURIL ISLANDS

But both EMSC & Redpuma not yet released about 17th Sept. at 10.27.50
Hokkaido quake so far.

Though the EMSC has published the following automatic locations, but
I am unable to verify the occurrence.

2003/09/16 08:00:50.1 30.8N 100.2E 33 mb5.0 A LDG SICHUAN, CHINA
2003/09/16 08:00:47.0 30.6N 100.7E mb5.3 A GFZ SICHUAN, CHINA
2003/09/16 08:00:40.7 29.6N 101.4E 33G mb5.0 A MIX SICHUAN, CHINA


Please note that there will not be any devastating quake over Japan for the
next 2 days (today and tomorrow) based on my observatory studies.
