Since Freund's ideas are quite matches with ionosphere layer attraction due to charge
build up on the ground and hence bending and drifting of radio waves takes place during
the quake period. It seems to be some solution to the unanswered field of physics.

At the same time I red somewhere in the website that somebody digging the ground for
some miles for quake observation, hence my mind take a deviation on that path.
