there was just a M3.0 at Bombay Beach, Salton Sea, very close to southern San Andreas-is reviewed by seismologist. This is a good place for a southern San Andreas quake to be triggered....but M4+s a year or so ago did not set off anything bigger......to borrow from Wally Broeker about global warming...this is poking the angry beast with a stick.....Chris
