My observatory is able to predict the event only between 0 to 180E degree Longitude (Approx.)
and 30S and 50N Latitude(Approx.) and that also subject to available of sun light.

Roughly say Algeria-Italy in the West and Japan in the East where the sunlight
is available when my observatory is working. (Say roughly half of the globe).

Registering of higher magnitude quake is very simple comparing to lower magnitude quakes.
