Wave Charts and U.S. earthquakes

Most of the earthquake related work which I am presently doing involves communications with other scientists. Notices were recently posted to a number of Internet Newsgroups. And an introductory report is being sent by e-mail today to governments around the world. But I am also checking to see if there are any people who are interested in other parts of this work such as the following one.

It required a lot of time and effort. But I was finally able to determine how drawing programs such as Microsoft "Paint" can be used to rapidly generate the types of GIF format Wave Charts which are being stored at my Web site.

The ones presently stored there pertain largely to earthquakes occurring around the world. If there are any people interested in this I can create one which contains data for only U.S. earthquakes such as the 1994 earthquake in Northridge and the 2001 earthquake in Seattle. Then those earthquakes and their aftershocks could be studied and discussed.

For that I would need a list of some important U.S. earthquake dates in the time period January 1, 1990 to the present. The format should be a UTC date code something like the following:

1995/10/23
1992/03/15

or even better (easier to read),

1995-10-23
1992-03-15

Interested parties can get the ball rolling by posting a note here with some of those earthquake dates or by sending me an e-mail letter with a list of them. And I will try to create a GIF file for them and store it at my Web site.
