In a recent "Letter to the editor" type note which I saw in connection with a search for news reports about earthquakes there was one complaining about proposed efforts to restart the underground nuclear test program here in the U.S.

That was the first and only mention that I myself have seen regarding that subject. Does anyone else know anything about that? Are government officials actually considering running more of those tests? If that is the case then there is some information I may try to circulate to them regarding possible nuclear test - earthquake relationships.
