I'm getting the impression we are at the same place, but seem to have a language barrier. I'll have to say, it probably is coming from my end because you're a scientist and your language and mine are different. So let me have another go at this and see if I can communicate this correctly.

When a solar flare impacts the earth, looking at the D-Region map, it has a small diamond shape which shows where the center of the impact occurred. So if you look at the D-Region map when this event occurs it is marked in a color scale, with the greatest intensity in the middle and the lesser impacted areas are in a different color. We usually see green at the center and blue on the (fringes) outside areas.

So if you are there at the right time, just when the flare has made the impact, those are the places one would watch to see if earthquakes result later.
